We can find 10000000000000's of reasons why not to open a server in India.So its useless highlighting every point individually.

Yes it is. We did give India a good looking at. It came down to that for the same specs that we have now it was going to cost $400+. The good ISP's in India get good ping to Singapore, while the bad ISP's get bad ping to everywhere including India. We also looked at what surrounding countries got and Singapore was the best choice.
