Once you obtain some camo, is it permanent?

It is in your inventory and you can add it to the weapon from there, or sell it on the marketo.

Like some TF2 items , skins can be used and can be sold after usage .

Btw m4a1 has 20 rounds insteadof 30 and the usp has lesser ammo than the p2000
