Snowballs name at the moment is "SLOW N!GG@" after having a african american in my family for quite some time now, it offends me to see this. I was told he has changed his name once, upon admin request. He has now changed it back. I tried to find an admin that is online but there are none at the moment. Please let him know he needs to change his name, because of the rules it is breaking.
