This guy is just really annoying... in general. After killing people he always has to state he is pro, by telling people they are noobs lel.
But other than that he has been a bit racist aswell. Being disrespectful towards dark races. As he calls "jokes". I personally don't find this funny, and don't think it should be tolerated.

I went through his chat log line by line. While there was some borderline conversation, nothing was blatant. This guy just seems like an asshole. He definitely is trolling for responses. I don't see anything in the logs to warrant a ban at this time, but I will keep an eye out for him in the future.
