lol is a wireless network or a hardline if it is a wireless  i kept geting droped i changed the wireless ch and ran proxys that rotate every hour(thats why i wish i had a vps)

possibly, but using proxies will reduce your throughput, if your upload isn't greater than his download it's very unlikely you'll drop him.
