Denied  I've been banned for NO REASON :(

So i've decided to create this new account here in war-lords because I have been playing CSS for a long time but I'm banned since i played for a year i guess . And now i want to play here because of a good ping and no hackers. TO BE HONEST I'm not a hacker also. i dont know why I am banned. Can anyone Help ?
