Your cousin, Vaibhav used cheats, probably a Multi-Hack and got banned. His appeal was rejected. MAY be you used the same ip and got banned from BAN_EVASION.

i was using ahk for binding keys i didn't knew that it will lead to an multi hack ban i have talked to root admin about this..
