Banned time approximately: 03-22-14 11:08, game time.

I've been playing fine all this while.. Was not using hack or anything. I did not spam nor make any noise in game. Not sure why i got banned.

If there is something wrong I did, pls kindly let me know and request leniency to be let off with a warning.
I am sure to not repeat the mistake.

mat_showlowresimage is cheat protected.... it's not possible to set it without a sv_cheats bypass.

Umm Bison, i have been playing for months. Only till recently i got banned. There should be some mistake. Look at my frag ratio, it is not likely to be cheating.. Im doing at best 1:1 kind of ratio.

How should i set my settings to prevent this from happening again.

He never said you were hacking, he's just telling you that you did some type of thing to bypass sv_cheats and that's why you were banned I'm assuming.

Thx RJU for the advice.

I went to the console and typed "sv_cheats 0" to double confirm.
I believe this should solve all issues pertaining to this case.

How can i help myself to be unbanned?
I was not hacking, using any cheats of any sorts, and I am hoping to come back to play in the WL servers again.

I will do all I can to resolve this issue, pls advise.

The ban seems to be valid.

Your game client alleged that cvar mat_showlowresimage did not exist. I am not aware of any legitimate reason for that happening. The ban will remain unless I am able to find evidence which supports a false positive.
