I have this account for a very long time & had played on War-Lords servers more than a year ago before,
I did not play for over a year.
Never hacked or cheated in any kind.

After installing in a new machine in a new House / new ISP / Internet, I face a problem of not accessing War-Lords servers.

Hope to get my ban lifted.
