Server: wL pug asia #1

As i joined the server i was experiencing heavy loss due to my ip, so i went and restarted my router and joined and still i was experiencing packet loss, the 2nd time i restarted and joined i was banned, and after i checked the sourcebans it says it was a ban evasion, and it linked to some other player from my country who was vac'd and trade banned. I would like the root admin to check on this and unban me. thanks
