If you guys go on TS3 this plugin is a necessity. It makes Teamspeak 3 100x less annoying while playing games like CSS. I personally put the channel list in the top right of CSS which is probably a bad idea since the channel chat comes from the top as well, thus blocking out the channel list. I'll eventually find somewhere better to put it later.

You can enable it by going to Settings->Plugins and checking DirectX overlay plugin. It'll then hook into full windowed processes and you can move it around by hitting scroll lock (the default key it is set on). That key along with the colors of channel list, chat, etc are all customizable.
