*EDIT* so I have to get this account to steam level 15? :o .. Please I cant i have no money on wallet and I cant get from my dad or mom, they bought me a gaming pc and i cant buy anything till next year..... my credit card has only like 50 cents :c

Well if you have your own card, You got a few option's:
-Cut your neighbor's grass for 10-20$ Each.
-Help someone in your neighbor hood move in/out.
-Ask a favor from some friend's
-Bug relative's for 10$
Theres plenty more ways to easily come up with 15$ for level 15!
