Bison set up a PUG server for both CS: GO and CS: S in Germany recently, he never really made a news post about it. So here it is.

If I get 80-100 ping on USA servers while I'm in Moscow, I can't wait to see my ping on these! Where is the server located!?

These two are are located in Germany. I suspect you'll get ~50ms latency.
