i had a drawothermodels ban.  i have some colored skins and wired hands in my folder for when i pub but if sv_pure 2 is on then how did i get banned?  the skins shouldn't load.  i hope this can be resolved asap.

If you repurchase CSS on a new Steam account that has never connected to our servers before, then yeah.

so make a new steam and buy a copy of css and then give you the steamid and then i'm unbanned on this account? because i don't even own the game, i'm just family sharing it.

You will need to purchase CS:S on that account. The new banlist will not allow a family shared account into the server if the main account is banned.
