Hi, I am from Singapore and I usually play on matchmaking/tdm servers with 10-15ping. But recently whenever I try to connect to the PUG servers I get 200-250ping whereas my other friends from the same country does NOT experience this problem. I only have high ping when I connect to PUG servers but has normal ping when playing on matchmaking servers. Can someone please help me? I tried to reinstall CSGO but it still does not solve the problem.
(P.S I am not a tech geek so please reply in simple english terms )

I got Bison to take a further look. Looks like you're not the only one from SG with this problem tho, I've seen two so far.

i have the same problem with him and i'm from indonesia,i get normal ping on the other servers beside PUG servers,on the PUG servers i get high ping,i dont know why,but hopefully you guys can fix it.

Please solve this problem

Bison says it's an ISP problem.

Some cable probably broke or something went wrong with it. It should hopefully get resolved in a few days..

this issue happens alot with Singtel users as far as I know. How do i troubleshoot this?
