I'm creating this thread for the future when it comes up.

3 players in question: pudin, HAHAHA, bolt/win/fruit

I joined Office Asia, the score was 11-0, ts were getting wrecked. I switched one of the high scorers(pudin) to the Ts in hopes to balance the teams. Pudins a cool dude but his friends aren't, they've a grudge on wL admins but I don't really care as long as you're not breaking the rules I'm cool with you.

Here's the scoreboard ss a few rounds after switching pudin, as you can see the Ts started to win. The ts lost and won, making the game more balanced.. and more fun for both cts and ts.

I simply ignored both of them. Now to clarify the so called "admin abuse" accusations. I couldn't careless which team I'm on, winning or losing. I play source to kill time, I don't care about frags anymore. I don't switch good players to my team so that I don't have to go against them, I switch them to even out teams. I'm not a "pro" in anyway cause to be frank I'm pretty bad. I do my job as an admin to keep teams even so everyone has fun, both the CTs and the Ts.

I've banned wind/bolt/fruit a few times for racism/teamstacking. I switched pudin instead of bolt/wind to avoid further problems cause I knew he would switch back, and I would have to take further action.

I made a lot of friends through playing at warlord. Like you im playing source to kill time, to get to know more people. Nobody like losing team i believe, that makes them stack, its more to human nature, nothing you do will perfect this. Win or lose does not matter to me, its the fun that i am after.

I think the misunderstanding between you and bo1t, is more to a mutual respect/understanding problem, probably you always pick on him and swap him to the losing team whenever you join the game, thus he got annoyed. Every different person, have a different level of anger management. Try talking to everyone, instead of just entering the game, and disappearing after a few rounds, hopefully making a more enjoyable css community.

I think he got mad not only because of you, rather just that even other admins loves to swap him as well, all in all, i do understand you are just trying to do your best in balancing the team. I been an admin for 3 years, i know how it feels like, but my past experiences didnt go so well when i try to balance the team, instead i lost friends along the way, like i said its more to the human nature. what i do take note is, even a stronger team will end up a weaker team after a short while, reason? many weaker players will goes to spec and stack to the winning team, thus moving the better player over.

Just a short brief - I got to know bo1t through online css gaming and of cos a couple of other players as well, we meet for coffee sessions, that is how our friendship started. We got our own team, we no longer scrim as most of us became father. So we will just pub for fun, as much as i respect you as a player and admin, and also i do not necessary agree that his attitude is right, but he is my friend after all so i am here to sort this out. I will speak to him and hopefully everyone can enjoy the game of css, GLHF.
