Issue  EU PUG server down?

I'm not able to connect to the EU PUG server, not through the browser nor the console, I only get "Connection failed after 4 retries". Is it just my internet freaking out? Or the server has some kind of a problem?
If you want to waste time on some dumb stuff, at least do it right.
