My Son use my acct and he call me "dad ur acct is ban but im just trying cheat with BOT not for intentionally using it' so he tried the cheat what he saw in internet to tried "mat_proxy" for BOTS but he doesnt know STEAM is STEAM when i log in and playing CSS the screen show me im permanently ban.. please help me unbann my acct because CSS is my favorite game than DOTA ... my son is 12 yrs old ... hes trying have some fun not intention to take advantages,,, please please ....unbann me..

CSS and dota is my game in my steam.. and i force to buy CSS to play again... if the PLDTPLAY is alive i play there but theres no more PLDTPLAY server CSS
