Sooooo I restarted my laptop because every round in pug my screen freeze. Meaning I am lagging! I restarted the WiF after that nothing happened so I asked a friend what could be the reasons WHY?! and then he told me it could be my laptop or the WiFi. After restarting the laptop this what CSS is showing to me!!!

Hi Keane,

As suggested its the sync issue with ur local steam and the cloud sync detail.
If restart steam, it may work or you need to re-add the servers.
