I was going to the other pug and I thought I had another sub for my team but I guess not. STEAM_0:0:28832361 xp-r00t, was the name I was playing on. my bad

They don't unban anymore for pug bans. If you go to the ban on your profile and view the ban there is a button you can use once a month to unban yourself from a pug ban. Other than that you will have to wait the 24 hours.
