I checked the SourceTV.

Jolly threw 1 flash in spawn in retaliation for being team flashed(?) during the previous round. After a player warned him he'd get banned if he did it again, he didn't appear to throw anymore in subsequent rounds (I watched to round 10-12). If he did team flash later in the pug, please provide the round #.

I'm not sure it's worth taking any action since he stopped on his own. If he continues to team flash, then report him again and he'll be banned.
