My pc crashed and i got banned

Hi everybody,
Today, my GPU crashed during a pug and my game crashed too and when i restarted my pc and want join the same pug i got banned for 1d for leaving w/ sub.
Can i get unbanned for this or not ? *sorry for my english, i received this message when my gpu crashed and my game crashed as you can see on the picture.
