you say the captains are the top 8 (lets say 8 teams play) RWS. That is fine.

then you say the every round the picking order is random every round, i dont think that should be so.



Make the picking order random on the first round.

Second round make it opposite the first round. Player A - picks 1st during the first round that means he picks last during the second round and then picks first again in the third round

Then third round back to the same as the first round

Rinse and repeat


This is how we used to do it. Makes it more fair if a high rws cap, gets first pick then also gets a high pick in round 2. that is not prevented due to only the first round being random
