I see people who do not value friendship or take initiative to lead pugs set up as Captains. 

Why? 

Why in the big wide world? 

There are lots of guys who make excellent Captains. Can we choose them?

Its to make sure teams are balanced, imagine if lets say, juniorc4 isnt a captain, because the community deems him unworthy, thats fine i guess, but hes gonna be first pick and a team gonna end OP.

Or an other example would be, lets say the chillest guy around wl (Snooch) is captain = around 10 rws vs all other capts being over 15 rws. His team starts with a -5 in average rws balance. Let's say he end up being last pick for the first round, his team starts with a -10 rws balance, meaning they are practically out of tournament from the start.
