custom sub in sound clip in download folder

if i put a sound clip with a certain name in my sounds download folder, will i be able to change the bell noise that rings when you sub in to a tune of my own choice?
As your leader i will not force you to give up relationships and play cs instead, that's on you. if i gotta push you to play the game u want to make a living out of, then this shit aint for you.

No (sv_pure), but I could make the client play a specially named non-existent mp3 file. If the file exists, then it would play when you subbed in. However, this mp3 would likely overlap with the existing subbed-in sound.
