old ban appeals

i got the ban at (13 may 2017 ) from my old pc ...my ban appeal accepted and (excluded) by M.Bison but the problem is when i used my new pc the server dosnt let me play and show me the old fkn ban, so if anywone here can fix it and i will appreciate that ..thanks

STEAM_0:1:216160794 was excluded from this ban and still is.

STEAM_0:1:243997252 is a different account you're trying to use; therefore, it was automatically banned.

STEAM_0:1:216160794 was excluded from this ban and still is.

STEAM_0:1:243997252 is a different account you're trying to use; therefore, it was automatically banned.

@Hamaerox can u excluded my new steam ID (STEAM_0:1:243997252) if is that possible ? cause im using that new steam ID and i have all my games on it ,if not doesn't matter .
