I have buy binds on my config, but I find that if I am going to make it to my rushing spot quickly, I need a second or 2 to actually buy everything. I constantly find myself thinking and then the round starts. I hit my buy binds and then I miss a rush spot by just a tiny bit like rushing catwalk on dust2 as CT. I want to make it my goal to get there before the Ts turn the corner but I sometimes find myself getting in position as they're shooting at me. I look at ESEA and other competitive server environments and they have about a 5 second freeze time. Just food for thought, dont take it as me bitching or anything
