I kindly request that my ban be reconsidered.
I am a legitimate player, and in my previous post, I did not admit to cheating during the warm-up, as was stated by Cali. I believe this misunderstanding led to my ban, and I respectfully ask that you review the situation and reconsider this decision.

I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for taking the time to write to us and express your concerns regarding the ban that was placed upon your account. I understand how upsetting it must be to face such a decision, especially when you feel misunderstood. I would like to approach this situation with compassion, understanding, and a desire to address the issue in a fair and transparent manner.

Firstly, I want to acknowledge the frustration you are feeling right now. It’s never easy to find yourself in a situation where there is a perceived misunderstanding, particularly one that affects your standing and participation in something you enjoy. From your message, it’s clear that you feel the ban was based on a misunderstanding, particularly related to the warm-up session, and that you did not intend to admit to cheating. I want to assure you that we take all requests seriously, especially those where individuals feel they have been wronged or misunderstood.

That being said, I would like to delve into a few points of consideration in response to your request for a review of your ban. It’s important to understand that bans, particularly in competitive environments, are rarely issued without due cause. Our system and its procedures are in place to ensure fairness, integrity, and a level playing field for all participants. We do not take the decision to ban any player lightly, nor do we do so without thoroughly evaluating all available evidence.

One of the key concerns that led to the suspension of your account is the report that surfaced regarding your actions during the warm-up. It’s essential to address this matter directly. I understand from your message that there was no intention to admit to cheating. However, the circumstances surrounding your actions during the warm-up led to suspicion, which in turn prompted the investigation. When such incidents occur, we are compelled to take them seriously to ensure that every player is treated equally and fairly, and that no one is able to gain an unfair advantage over others.

It’s possible that the misunderstanding you referred to with Cali and the comments made during the warm-up session contributed to the perception that you were in violation of the rules. Sometimes, language and tone can be misinterpreted, especially in written communication, where intent can be difficult to convey clearly. If the situation was indeed a misunderstanding, it’s important to recognize how it might have been perceived by others, even if your intent was not malicious.

In competitive gaming, we understand that tensions run high, and mistakes can be made in the heat of the moment. The culture around gaming and eSports is one that thrives on respect, communication, and fair competition. This is why accusations of cheating or misconduct are taken seriously. However, it’s also essential to approach these accusations with understanding and not jump to conclusions without proper investigation.

You’ve mentioned that you believe your actions were misinterpreted and that you did not intend to cheat. I want to take this opportunity to genuinely express my empathy for your situation. It’s incredibly difficult to be in a position where your actions, which you may have thought were perfectly harmless, are perceived in a completely different light. I understand how painful it can be when you’re misunderstood, especially in a community where reputation and fairness are of paramount importance.

This situation serves as an important reminder for all of us—players, administrators, and moderators alike—that open communication and clarity are key to preventing these kinds of misunderstandings. If your actions were misinterpreted, I encourage you to reach out and clarify your intentions, just as you’ve done in your message. In this instance, we are more than willing to review the situation and take your perspective into account.

While we must uphold the integrity of our gaming environment, we are also committed to ensuring that players are treated with fairness and respect. I believe that reconsidering this ban with your explanation in mind is an important part of upholding the values of understanding and compassion that we strive for as a community.

As we proceed with the review, it’s important to recognize that this process is not about assigning blame but rather about ensuring fairness and clarity. If it turns out that there was no malicious intent behind your actions and the situation can be explained as a misunderstanding, then we will certainly take that into account. It’s also essential to recognize that this experience offers an opportunity for growth—for both the individual player and the community as a whole. We all have moments where we learn from our mistakes, adjust our actions, and work to avoid similar situations in the future.

To that end, I encourage you to take this opportunity to reflect on the importance of communication in such situations. Clear and honest conversations can go a long way toward preventing misunderstandings, particularly in environments where the stakes can feel high. Moreover, as a community, we must continue to foster an environment of respect, one where players are not only held accountable for their actions but also given the benefit of the doubt when misunderstandings arise.

In closing, I want to assure you that your request for a reconsideration of your ban will be taken seriously. Your willingness to address the issue thoughtfully and respectfully is appreciated. We understand that being banned can feel unjust, especially when it stems from a misunderstanding. That’s why we will carefully review the details of the case, taking into account both the evidence and your explanation.

Regardless of the outcome, we want you to know that your experience is valuable to us. Whether you are reinstated or not, it’s our goal to ensure that all players, including you, feel heard and understood. We hope that this experience will allow us to grow as a community and continue to foster an environment based on respect, integrity, and clear communication.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and we look forward to not doing absolutely nothing to resolve this situation.

Hi Bababooey,

I know we have never met before, but I have the power to overturn Reeky's ban, so I think I'm qualified enough to look into this matter as you requested.
I spent an hour, maybe a bit more, digging through things and this is what I found.

You were banned for suspicion of cheating by Reeky.
I spoke with Reeky and Cali regarding this and previous incidents.
It seems this was really a blanket ban for not only cheating but a few other things as well.

While this was all fine and dandy, I wanted to see on my own what was going on.
I also reviewed separately:
  • In-Game Voice/Chat logs (multiple games)
  • In-game Footage (multiple matches)
  • DM's to administrators
  • Submitted clips

If we take into consideration the WL rules - I saw no less than 3 offenses including:
  • Ignoring admins or undermining their actions
  • Inappropriate language or names
  • Exploiting the server, game, or map

I see too much here to overturn Reeky's ban and will be standing behind their decision for now.
I wish you all the best in your future endeavors!
Thank you.

*If you feel this is an error, dm me*

Could you please look into my ban again? It feels like Reek and his friends has had it out for me for a while, and I believe this situation may not have been fully understood. I'd appreciate it if you could reconsider and review everything.

Ham backed Reeky's decision and I now back both of their decisions. Which means it's never getting lifted now.

He just went over everything. The ban doesn't account just for hacking and he explicitly pointed that out. Whats so hard to understand Jan? You're gonezo. Go become the new Faceit prodigy.

PS: Dont show up with them alt accounts either, we're tracking all of them.
