  Hi, my name is Coolguy and yesterday I was banned from your 24/7 dust2 server without any apparent reason or justification. IDK what happened, I think the only fair thing to do is unban me even if Im warned in some way or submitted to a warning/last chance, it won't matter anyway because I don't give any problems in pubs either with other players, trolling, hacking or languaje... I only think its the only "fair" thing to do.

You were banned for aimbot. I reviewed the demo which was provided and it did show signs of cheating.

Is there anyway I can redeem myself? I mean, I can assure you I learned my lesson all I wanna do is play :S

There is no way to redeem yourself at this time as cheating is a permanent offense on our servers.

If you had read the protest section guidelines you'd have seen it said "Do NOT lie! It will only worsen your situation".

You did, however, lie as shown in your initial post. The post suggested that you did not cheat which is completely contrary to what had actually occurred. since you've already lied to us,  I do not trust you will go hack free if we were to unban you.

I would suggest either buying STEAM CSS (which will give you another STEAM ID) or playing on another no-steam server.
