it depends on how far u are from the server thats y i get 300 ping

I agree with pain, knifing lower ping players (10-100 or so) when you have higher ping (200+) is harder than with people who have similar ping to you. I don't have this problem at all when playing on Australian servers. But yeah, on warlords I usually have to use tricks to knife lower ping players.

I dont know how the hell they stab me from 1 mile away. (this is the high ping issue)
