YouTube videos, in my opinion, should not be used as evidence.  I also think it's an unnecessary step to add to the report process.

Also, in my opinion, the demo is inconclusive.

INCONCLUSIVE

no aimbot or other hacks present on demo you provided, but i suggest to watch him more in the server.
p.s  if player tells you that admins are dumb, 30 mins is not a right price, we work so hard for free hack server and we dont deserve it.
