So, I recently started using an alternate GUI for CS:S (you can find it here)

Long story short, I didn't bother to fully research the GUI before deciding to check out the "Warmup config" option, doing so while I was in your 24/7 Office server (173.231.35.18).

You can see the "Warmup config" option in red here.

After doing so, I was instantly added to the "ban list," not even knowing what this "Warmup config" exactly changed.

I've been playing on your server for awhile and have never bothered cheating in any way before, please consider my appeal.

Tl;dr: I'm an idiot, please consider my appeal.

I can't find you anywhere in the banlist. This makes me think it was one of those 30minute ipbans which you get from excessive RCON pass failures. If that's the case, try playing on another one of our servers and try the office one again later today.

It seems it has an automatic RCON feature. http://code.google.com/p/hyphen-gui/wiki/PostInstall. Make sure you turn it off because our servers will IP ban on X amount of failed attempts.
