CSS Crashes most of the time I enter War-lords

As above topic, I have no idea why though. Only for War-lords but not other north american servers.

Does it have something to do with my Spartacus Hacks?!

Does it have to do something with rates? It's more consistent nowadays, and I realised it happens only on the Pop map servers.
