If that's during the round when a member of the opposite team has dropped the awp, then that's fine.

The scenario here is at spawn, one member buys an awp, and then drops it on the floor. Another member then buys another awp, and then the previous guy picks up the awp from the floor, so there are now 2 awps at the beginning of the round on one team, whereas the other team would only have one.

Interesting. This shouldn't be possible in the first place, and am pretty sure it isn't on the Popular Maps server with the same config.

Can you confirm that it is actually allowing them to have two AWP's?

I changed the setting to 0 after I saw this thread. It was originally set at 1.
