Um, I don't know what fantasy world you live in but claiming to cheat in a casino will get you a life ban from the premise (I mentioned casino specifically, because this happens in casinos according to my dealer friends). It's private property and they can't be sued for not serving you as long as it isn't race, religeon, etc.

The business can still be sued. Irregardless of private property or not, they can still be sued.

We're getting away from the topic. A regular was joking around or being sarcastic about himself cheating, I don't see enough evidence for it to justfy a ban.

If that was the case, half of the admins, regulars, and a lot of the more skilled players would already be banned.

You have to realize, it was more an issue of wanting to demo people I thought were actually hacking. If someone admits to hacking I am not going to stop demoing an actual potential hacker to disprove their claims about themselves. If I had to go demo him to choose not to ban him, I would have had to stop demoing a person I actually suspected. I don't know tek at all, he has no right to joke with me like that. It's not like I was playing and didnt feel like going spec, I was already demoing and didnt feel like switching targets.

Oh I see, they just took it as is. Well to clarify, I said "I wall..I always stand by it" as a joke, not as I stand by wallhacking, but because I mostly hug a wall to avoid getting picked off in the halls. Yes, as other people stated, I see others joke all the time of hacking and this was really my first one which has just been misconstrued. I'm not really buddy buddy with a lot of people in there but I have been playing more often so you can feel free to demo anytime you want when you see me.
