The bank isn't working properly, can a root admin please fix this?

Bank interest is 0.02% per day, according to the Bank page. So that's like, 0.2 credits per day if you have 1,000 credits in there.

Wait.....

2% of 1000 would be 20, so 0.2% of 1000 would be 2. So .02% of 1000 would be 0.2 credits. That works, right?
