It looks like hacking but I'm not sure.
I should have recorded the him earlier because after Notorious and I went to Spectator he dies.

I uploaded 2 dems of him. Like I said, I'm not entirely sure if he's hacking or just good.

EDIT : I haven't had a chance to check these demos properly, but from first glance it seems like there is something not right. Give me a minute and I'll have a proper look.

EDIT 2 : With sv_drawimpacts 1, it looks like some kind of anti recoil hack. The demo is kinda short and inconclusive though. He only gets a couple of kills, and although the kills seem weird, I probably wouldn't ban with such a short demo.

If he's a regular of Office 24/7 then I can come in and check more. Unless you can find another admin who would ban over short demos like that. But you're right, it's definitely suspicious. Especially the window kill, as his aim doesn't move but the bullets start going up (not due to recoil).
