Bloodlust Hero does frequent the Mini Games server, but due to time zones I don't think you'd have been aware of his presence.
Whilst there is a frequent admin on that server, that doesn't hinder your chances of becoming admin. When I applied, there were already 3-4 other regular admins on the server that I was a regular on. So please don't feel like your admin application would be under any scrutiny because of the frequency of other admins.
As I said, your application review is in progress, so please be patient and we'll review as soon as possible
