and they succed to Do it !!!
im not a hacker or waller !!!
i am a Non Steam palayer with the update Later than 64 ( 64, 65 , 66 ,67 ) in my console sv_chaets is 0 !!! and in online play i cant use any type of hacks cuz im not a Admin to change a Sv_cheats to "1" !!!!

You asked what you were banned for(look at your topic title)I provide the answer. but im sure a Sr. admin or root admin will be along someday to give you a straight answer.

Better hope it wasn't me who banned you.  I currently hold a 100% record on bans. Every single player I have banned has been a hacker.  But Gl on your ban appeal

I d/led source TV (auto-20111025-0651-cs_office) and observed numerous hackish things, but it was till 120k tics that I observed blatant tracking through walls well outside earshot or radar aid.  If you wish to appeal the ban please establish a new thread and abide forums rules when protesting a ban.

Above in the quote is what I used to watch you play.  On source TV  I watched you for close to 45mins of play time.  Initially, you were attempting to hs through a wall at rushing cts with a deagle.  You later began smoke spamming spawn, which violates other server rules.  I administered the ban after watching you rush as a t numerous rounds followed by sniping long hall tracking players thru the walls, as well as, anticipation of players w/o radar or sound.

Please do not respond to me.  A senior or root admin will decide on your appeal in time.

I would recommend that you do not argue/undermine/degrade other admin and only post if you have something to share in regards to your ban appeal. 

Jr. Admin have been selected because they can and have identify hackers.  Their titles has nothing to do with their knowledge of hacks.  Talking down to any admins, moderators, or admin/moderators will not help your cause.
