i prefer famas, why you ask? cause famas is better in close and long distance, i.e. more accurate 

ok, but at close range in my opinion galil is much better because its not that accurate but if you spray in a map like cs_office for sure your gona get kills. and famas is less accurate at close range than galil.

I don't use either of those weapons much. But from that one update back on 9/15/2011 when they did alot of changes on the weapons they did make this change:
Increased FAMAS accuracy and reduced spread for burst mode

agreed. Famus is btter at both ranges of fighting. burst at long and Auto and close. aim for the HS and your going to get in with the 1st bullet at either.
