I am serious. The rules are very clear on cheating. If he wants to play on our servers then you will have to buy him a new SteamID. You got him banned for rule breaking, so live with the consequences.

Someones brother/sister or household pet cheating on the steam account is the oldest excuse out there. It is the account owners responsibility for their account.

If you really did cheat on his account and got banned for it, then you owe him a new account. There are many different way to earn money. Go earn $20 and pay back what you took away from your brother. It's the only right thing to do.
