Started on a 486 desktop w/ turbo button (about 50mhz), generic brand, currently dissassembled in various places.
Then got an aptiva gateway 166mhz desktop, current whereabouts unknown.
Then a pIII 500mhz HP desktop, sitting in my closet.
Then a 400mhz pII laptop, forgot it in my car in the winter and cold destroyed it.
Then a 2ghz p4 dell desktop, my parents use now.
Then an athlon 1.8ghz hp laptop, learned to code and tend linux servers on. Mounted on my wall, still works (I use the parallel port on it sometimes).
Then a 3ghz p4 desktop, last desktop I owned, still hooked up in my room.
Then a 2.53ghz core2duo lenovo y550, gave to girlfriend.
Then a 1.7ghz atom netbook, use it as a remote desktop vpn only irc machine.
Then a lenovo y560p 2.0ghz i7 laptop, what I am typing on.
I'm using a 2ghz dual core laptop w/ a broken screen that used to be my girlfriends as a headless server (ubuntu +ssh/vnc).
I have a few more that I have used as servers, etc.
I've touched built, replaced far too many things on all of these to even begin remembering, and I've used/worked countless machines I didn't own too. Anything from little appliance servers, to 3U racks, to gaming machines, etc.
