I think he's hacking and so did others as you will see in the chat. Fairly short demo only 2 rounds or so but I think you'll see it soon enough.

I watched the demo, Player was multi-hacking for me. I tried to get him in game but he left.
@Hint: Never talk to people if you're recording, the cheater may leave before you get a great amount of evidence.
(or when you're spectating someone talk to people on spec only and tell them to use "U" to talk back to you)

i haven't seen a hacker like this till now

People were votebanning him and he got up to like 7 or 8 votebans then left. I tried to keep people from talking about it or do spec team chat.
