I remember that I've tried this on another torrent, got everything working, launched CS:GO and the amount of lag that I experienced was fucking devastating.

The game was completely unplayable, and I don't have a shitty computer (albeit not an amazing computer)

specs:
Intel i3 quad core @ 3.1 GHz
6 GB of RAM
Intel HD Series card <-------------- Weak

But I have a mod that is basically CS:GO effects and such on CSS, and I get no noticeable FPS dips or any other problems running the game then I would previously
