HELP! CSS problem

(please excuse my grammar ;D)I finish downloading my css again, i started it then things happen that wasnt supposed to happen. i tried fixing it but i cant. so i need help from other ppl. so this is what happen
first i start my css then this is the first thing i see:

then i goes to the menu normally:

then when i created a server or join a server, after the loading is finish(got no pictures)it goes green again(like the firs picture)then red.
then finally i joined a server but my textures are kinda broken it brightens all the maps

It could be your graphic card.
You should try re-installing CSS.

You should try disabling HDR and bloom. See if that fixes it.
