I cant seem to get css.setti to work when i install steam. Even if i close steam... it does not work. I know a few people got both of them to work at the same time. Any advice? thanks

check your task manager and see if steam is still running there just to be sure. and do u get an error msg when trying to run css.setti?

sometimes it says "cant fine cstrike" and sometimes i get "Error!: SteamStartup() failed: SteamStartup(0xf.0x0012E5BC)failed with error 105: The local Steam Service is not running"

alright and you do know that you can't run css.setti while steam is on rite?

u should run the check game and post the log, i believe they have it on setti.
oh um if u turn your internet off THEN start the game and THEN when the game is finished loading turn your internet back on.
^ for some reason that works for me sometimes when my shit doesnt work

and if all else fails just uninstall setti, and remove the excess folders that still remain and reinstall the game.
