Played both 24/7 office and Popular Maps #1 servers today and they were both experiencing lag spikes occuring every 5 to 10 mins or so.

Here are some chat logs from office :

*DEAD* pancake mix (no sound) :  this lag is ridiculous
*DEAD* ceddeeoo derrppeeoo :  deeeem lag spikes
*DEAD* ceddeeoo derrppeeoo :  same lag spikes going on in rotation
*DEAD* [BB] Ryvern :  who do we have to blow to get a server restart around here?
*DEAD* KÎŁŁ ĕm' aŁŁ :  im getting some lag spikes as well
*DEAD* Al Capwned :  THAT MOTHER FUCKING COCK SUCKER SHOULD BE DEAD

Anyways if you think this is just a problem for individual users, try asking Hobo Bob and Red about this. Both were on at the times today when I was experiencing lag spikes (Bob on office and Red on rotation). Thank you

I think srcds might be briefly maxing out the core it's using for game logic processing. If that's the case, then it might be causing temporary spikes of lag.

I'll see about overclocking and bumping the clockrate of the hardware. Hopefully we can get it high enough to where it doesn't max out the core.

If only srcds had better multithread support.  :'(
