What spreads do you put on your toasts ?

Jellies, jams, butter, whatever. I don't eat a lot of toast and I have no idea what vegemite and nutella are.

Wow, thinking about nasty fish eggs on toast makes me vomit a little in my mouth. I usually use a little butter or pure fruit spreads without sugar. Or I dip it in hummus.

I like putting on melted butter and then covering it with a cinnamon/sugar mixture. It's the best.
