They should all work in tandem, but know that the GTX 480 is both hot and extremely power hungry. Though it costs a bit more, the GTX 570 runs cooler and better.

I would suggest getting a psu higher than 700W if you plan on using SLI with two video cards.

The HD6850 is actually pretty energy efficient. A 700W PSU should still handle two of them easily.
