I know I've either had to kick or gag this kid in the past, but it seems that wasn't enough.
I think I'll give him a week ban that could be shortened under appeal with a convincing apology. I'll be at work for the next 4hrs though, so if any other admins see this meanwhile, feel free to go ahead and handle him as you see fit.
